There is a world of difference between the concept and its actual application. If that were not the case, we would have long been using water powered cars instead of gasoline-powered cars. Nevertheless, there are people who have attempted to bridge the gap between theory and practice. The following people are just some of those who have attempted to do such that: Francois Isaac de Rivaz, a Swiss inventor; Charles H Garrett and Stan Meyer converted who his Dune Buggy (from Volkswagen) into a water-fuelled car. There are still a lot more inventors who would like to try their hand in this very laudable effort.
