I remember the days when it felt like you were going into a fight any time you had to deal with auto insurance companies. You would have to fight hard to get anything done and have anything work out. At least, that’s what it felt like. But now, it seems that many of the companies have finally embraced an easier way of life. Maybe because their own employees got tired of the hassle. Whatever the reason, I know that I have personally found it easier to deal with auto insurance companies than has been the case in the past. And I love it.
