A chain of data or information that runs through information systems and computational networks can be graphically represented. Dfd Diagram drawings are such representations, and they can incorporate the visual flow of data through information systems, or used as visualization of data processing. The bits and bytes that run through information networks are brought out on visual interface, to give a clear picture of the exact flow of data. This helps programs to accurately locate where the data is. Structured Systems Analysis, and Design Method SSADM, requires these types of diagrams to make proper perspectives analyses.
