For the person who does not have a great deal of money to use in an attempt to dominate the Internet through advertising, website traffic generation has to come through efforts such as writing.  The bottom line is that if you do not get interested people to your landing page or your website, you will not have any sales at all.  The only way people are going to buy the product you are promoting is if they can see and read about it.  It takes more than just having a website up on the Internet.  There are millions of those for people to choose from.
