My Aunt and Uncle own their own business and have for as long as I can remember. It is a  very small business and they are the only two employees. They sell and install glass windows and doors and have always been very profitable. Last month they were in a car accident that injured both of them pretty severely. They will be OK in the long run but the recovery will take some time. I was worried about their income but my mother insured me that they had just invested in some cheap disability insurance for small business. They will be covered for as long as they are out of commission. We are all grateful for how prepared they were.
