My husband wanted me to learn Hebrew with our son, so I naturally jumped at the chance to get to learn more about his language. I am a complete part of my family’s life, and knowing more makes me a bigger part of their lives. My son and I started classes, but I was falling a little behind. I think i will order something different for the folks this christmas. I already have a hotel reservation sorted out for them mid January, but i think i’ll order my mom some silk flowers. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onions, then the peppers and the tomatoes and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Add the cheese and eggs and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Delicious with toast.
