My husband wanted me to learn Hebrew with our son, so I naturally jumped at the chance to get to learn more about his language. I am a complete part of my family’s life, and knowing more makes me a bigger part of their lives. My son and I started classes, but I was falling a little behind. I am older, and it takes a little more for me to comprehend some things. I started on the Hebrew Resources website, and I finally learned the Hebrew aleph bet. I am so excited, and so is my husband. He has been writing in Hebrew to me. Little notes I am slowly deciphering. He has made it as fun as watching the videos and playing the games on the site.

Last week I wanted to go and see my favorite football team play. I didn’t want to sit in the nosebleed section, so I stood in line to try and get really great seats. i waited for more than 3 hours in a huge line and when I got up to the ticket booth, there were no more tickets left. I was furious! I thought that was it, there was no way I was going to be able to go. Then as a last ditch effort I went online to find a Ticket broker. I found www.greattickets.com and they had the tickets! I couldn’t believe it. No more waiting around to get disappointed for me anymore. I am going to Great Tickets first every time.

Party Suggestion of Photos

Monday, November 24th, 2008

When my sister and I were planning our family reunion, we wanted to have the perfect extra favor present on that night.  We could not think of anything unique until my sister found an ad on the Internet to Rent a Photo Booth In San Antonio Texas.  It sounded perfect, as we were just outside the city.  We knew that the photo booth had the potential for fun and that all of the adults would love it.  We rented it for the evening, and it was a total smash.  Everyone loved it, and we got voted to plan the party next year.

Man is dog’s best friend and nothing can take that away.  But dogs can’t train men but men can train dogs, that is, if he has the knowledge.  Having dogs especially Shiba Inu, in your household is a great treat for everyone especially the children.  If you have a pet dog, most particularly, the Shiba Inu, you would say that this kind of mutt is the cuddliest and cutest of all.  Just by looking at that angelic face can really melt your heart.  But looks could deceive and kill especially when your Shiba Inu is the untrained one.  Some of its favorite pastime is to chewing everything its teeth can sink into and barking needlessly all throughout the day making a hotpot out of you.  What you need to do if you are experiencing all of these is to find a specific Shiba Inu training guide and you don’t even have to go out of your way to look for it.

Promises, and promise rings

Saturday, November 22nd, 2008

Promise rings have been known to have a host of meanings. Promise rings can act as engagement rings, and if soo they are genarelly worn on the left hand, on the actual left ring finger (secong from left). They can also be given to a friend to recogonize a true bond, and a promise ring can also be given to oneself, as an act of remebering a promise to abstain from alcohol drugs or sex. These rings date back to the 16th century, and so they cannot just be put down to a modern marketing trend.

A New Take on Organic

Thursday, November 20th, 2008

As the eco-movement expands and organic finds its way into every part of the market, there will be a natural evolution to more of a recycled or cradle to cradle methodology for making materials. I stumbled upon a company the other day while searching for organic baby clothes called Tiny Revolutionary and I can see this evolution at work in their new Eco-Tee which is made from an earth friendly mixture of organic cotton, recycled consumer plastic and rayon which is mined from the cell walls of plants - don’t ask how that happens but it sounds cool! Because the clothes aren’t all a singular grown material, they offer a peak into innovative uses for waste materials.

Floating Sky Lanterns

Monday, November 17th, 2008

I was traveling through Laos 2 years ago while there was some festival going on. There were lots of fireworks going off and loads of people were releasing these Sky Lanterns into the sky. When you see a lot of them together at night its looks like shooting stars. It looks really great. After I got back home, I wanted to buy some to bring back to use at my cousin’s wedding. I found a site that sells them online. They were really cheap! I ended up ordering around 100 so almost everyone at the party got to release one. Everybody kept asking about it and wanted to know where I found them.

Bonus Wendy coupons

Wednesday, November 12th, 2008

This is a good time of year for coupons and promotions. If you want to get something cheap for Christmas get your order in early. You can get anything from clothing store coupons to Wendys coupons. All you have to do is search on the internet at all the coupon sites. Type the name of the suplier plus coupons for a full list of sites. Sometimes the supplier has their own coupons and other times they don’t because they are offerring a bonus to their partners websites. But watch out that your coupon is still in date.

Realtor Lockbox - Informs You

Tuesday, November 11th, 2008

A realtor lockbox can surely pave the way to a faster sale of your home. One of the reasons is the fact that it can now be easily accessed by an authentic realtor who wants to show off your place to some home buyers – of course, that’s why it’s called a realtor’s lockbox in the first place!  Now that your home gets exposed to a bigger number of potential investors, the greater is your chance to close a deal in the near future. But there’s more to this accessibility that meets your eye – what you don’t know is that a realtor lockbox can track information of the people (most probably real estate agents) who had gained entrance to your home each day. This feature grants you the right to be informed and so you’re confident that everything is going as planned for your home.

Does your baby wear red or blue?

Saturday, November 8th, 2008

With all the talk about red states and blue states these days, I’ve found a great company making political baby clothes that would be somewhere more in the realm of purple. Tiny Revolutionary makes children’s clothes that teach peace, love and equality but without a shred of self-righteousness. Replacing it is wit, humor, beauty and poignancy. Best of all, they are connected to children’s charities and invest $1 of each tee sold in children’s charities - they give you a choice of two at checkout and you get to choose. Very cool. I have seen so many divisive tshirts and hats and bumper stickers in this campaign, it’s nice to see that the kids and Tiny Revolutionary are taking the high road.
