I guess if it is on Oprah either it is going to work or it will attract enough people to make it a success in sales.   The green tea diet was somewhat of a surprise to me.  I grew up in a tea drinking family but never acquired the habit.  I can remember watching my mom put the tea leaves into the little stainless steel ball and then pour water over it in her cup.   I loved to smell the oder that rose from the cup but for a long time did not like the taste.   I finally would drink it when they put a little honey in it for me.
