When I decided to start getting more healthy, I wanted to find out the best things to do, rather than spend my time doing something that wouldn’t help. So I started exercising by walking and doing some toning, not trying to be a body builder, but just to make my body work better. And then I started looking into eating better. Luckily, I had lots of information available on the internet, about eating lots of grains and fruits. And my mom told me to buy acai berries because they had lots of antioxidants. Then I had to look up what that was, and so started making choices about the kinds of fruits and vegetable I was eating. It may have seemed like work to get healthy, but it sure is worth it.
