I have just found out that my sister suffers from anxiety attacks, so I am trying to find out more about this problem. Can anyone tell me whether or not these are common? I am wondering whether a lot of people suffer from these. I don’t really know of anyone else that does, but I have heard about it before. I am going to do some research to see what can be done to help people who suffer from anxiety like this, and hopefully there will be something that will help her. I plan to pass on whatever I find to her.
