Detox cleansing, short for detoxification cleansing, is becoming increasingly popular for many people who feel they may benefit from removing toxins, from their diet or from the environment, that have had an adverse effect upon their bodies. You may benefit from detox cleansing if you have manifested any of the following symptoms: irregular or infrequent bowel movements, constipation, excessive unexplained bloating, lethargy, headaches or sleeplessness.
