It is the worst part of any diet, on par with the lack of food. Yes, we are talking about exercise. We know we should do it every single day but do we? Most of us will say no and we don’t really have many excuses. But, to burn fat it is the most important part of the whole process. Your body has to burn the excess fat on your body and to do it you need to exercise. It really is that simple. So try to make at least 30 minutes spare in the day to walk, run or cycle. You won’t lose weight permanently without it.
