The best form of panic attack relief I have found is to stop right where you are and relax as much as possible. When a panic attack is raging and at its strongest point I try my hardest to break the cycle that is causing my body to produce all the excess adrenaline. I do this by using a relaxed breathing technique shown to me by a friend whilst drumming into my brain that the panic I am feeling is the result of my over imaginative mind. I tell myself that anxiety is a normal trait of everyone in the world and that nothing I have ever gotten worked up about has ever been as bad as I made it seem in my mind before the event arose.
