I had a story with my neighbor and he said he could not stop his legs from moving sometime, most especially at night.  Sometimes, he said that it comes with a pain.  So he consulted a doctor to find out what was happening.  According to the doctor, he has a Restless Legs Syndrome.  It is a neurological condition wherein a person has involuntary movement on his legs.  It is quite annoying sometimes because it happens at night so sometimes it’s hard for him to sleep.  Although it is treatable, it is really annoying to have.
