So I was a little worried.  My girlfriend started taking herbalife total control to help manage her weight and I thought for sure that she was going to have a heart attack or something.  Remember all that stuff that was on the news about those diet pills? Well, as it turns out, and I made her prove it to me, herbalife total control doesn’t contain the ephedra, ephedrine or ephedrine alkaloids that made headlines of so many other weight loss programs.  Even more pleasant to hear was that the herbalife total control supplements have nice sounding ingredients like, green tea and yerba mate.  To some those may sound as foreign as red dye number 5, but I assure you the ingredients in the herbalife total control supplements are largely natural and not harmful.  I wouldn’t let her continue to take them if it weren’t and now that I am taking the herbalife total control supplements too, I can testify to their effectiveness.
