Panic attacks can be very hard to deal with. It causes you so much trouble and makes you feel uneasy. There are measures you can take on how to stop panic attacks. If you are just at home, try breathing deeply. This will allow air to circulate throughout your body and eventually will calm you down. You may also drink a glass of cold water. It is also good to know factors that may cause you panic attacks. When you know what these factors are, try not to indulge on them or at least avoid them. If you think you can not handle it, consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist to help you out.
