A very big problem these days is sleep deprivation while driving.  Drowsy driving is very dangerous not only to the person who is driving but to other drivers on the road.  Drowsy drivers have actually been found to be more dangerous than even people who are drunk behind the wheel.   If you are suffering sleep deprivation while driving,  is it because you are too distracted by other things to get sleep, or are you trying to get sleep but you keep tossing and turning at night.  If that latter describes you, then you have insomnia, and you need to solve in naturally.
