I recently got a fairly large Christmas bonus. I haven’t been on a decent vacation in many years. So guess what, I booked a nice vacation down in the US Virgin islands. The vacation was set for April and before I left I wanted to get into better shape for the beaches. One thing I wanted to do in particular was to get six pack abs. I am in fairly good shape;however my abs have always been a troubled area of my body. In the past I would do a lot of crunches and they sort of worked. I feel I need to do some thing different.
