There are many qualities I look for when searching for a new home. First and foremost is quality. Why buy a house on price and then end up spending more and more money fixing all the systems that break down early. Secondly, I consider location. Are there good schools and areas of interest and enjoyment nearby? And lastly, I consider price. Money well spent is money well earned as far as I’m concerned. This is why when my wife and I were looking for new home builders in the west midlands, we decided on Banner Homes. No other builder came close to what they offered in all the above categories.
