Exchange Place is all but offically "Wall St West". How far west? Well, it is maybe 2 miles away from the famous financial center. The only problem is Exchange Place sits on the Jersey side of the water, meaning it might as well be 2000 miles away. Jersey and Manhattan are two entirely different worlds even if Exchange Place has some impressive crendentials (some of the companies with a presence include Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Deutsch Bank, Goldman Sachs, and UBS). Given that a who’s who of Wall Street firms have offices in this area, it is easy to see why the Wall St West name is truly deserved.
