When I was a recruiter, or head hunter some liked to call it, I remember that a big commodity was to find someone who held a Series 7 license. Now that I am back in the job market myself I am wondering what it would entail for me to take the series 7 exam? I would love to get into the investment side of business and especially helping other people out with their investments. If I wanted to do that with a local broker would that require the series 7 license or would it require a lessor, perhaps more generalized license?
