In today’s day and age, you can find seminars and lectures on just about any topic ranging from making money on the internet to using Microsoft suite. You can even find Photoshop how to seminars that teach you the basics of using the newest version of the Photoshop program to digitally alter your pictures without having to hire a graphic designer. Typically, these seminars are for business people, but I doubt that the money of an individual wanting to learn how to use Photoshop would be turned down. These seminars generally will teach the basics and go over the overall feel of the program.
