A bunch of my girlfriends and I get together three times a week and lift weights. We also looked into Weight Training for Women. We looked into the training and also proceeded with our weekly workout sessions. When we got together, we gabbed, made chit chat about our lives, and what is going on with our boyfriends. It was a great time to mingle but at the same time, get healthy. It has become a ritual to us, and we all look forward to it each week. It helps us emotionally and physically with our own individual and complicated lives. It’s a pleasure to have such dedicated friends.
