I practically live on my computer, so when my mom called me a few days ago to tell me to watch out for a malicious program, I was concerned. The steps were simple to follow, and I was able to get rid of the program by myself. Now I stay on top of the warnings a little more closely, and make sure not to click on emails from unknown people.
