Once you have obtained a fair amount of computer programming training either through a degree course or a certificate program, you will be in a position to write computer programs for a number of purposes. Employers would expect you to be able to communicate effectively as many a time your job would require you to work in teams and interact often with your colleagues and team workers. You would also need to build upon other skills not normally taught as part of your computer programming training such as logic and reasoning and the ability to arrive at a solution in an analytical manner.
